I am working on the 100 things thinga-ma-hoosey and it will be in the pages button at the top of my blog. I have already got to 100 posts and I have only been bloggin’ for less than 2 months…..
Was going to bitch about the fact that Boo slept for 2 hours last night (hey! what happened to Monday nights girls? Looks like someone dropped the ball. Monday night was supposed to be sleep-through-the-night night not jump-on-Mummy’s-face-singing-Circle-of-Life-till-dawn night…. almost showed him first hand the freakin’ circle of life.)
Ahem, anyway…..
I think it is more fitting for my 100th post to direct you to my sidebar. Click on the pink ribbon. If anyone knows of an Australian one please let me know and I will add that too.
This is for you WhyMommy. I feel so helpless, want to wrap you up in a blanket and take the pain away. Just for a day. One day for you to be able to play with your boys, sit with your girlfriends, go shopping without pain. Without exhaustion. Without stares.
Just one day of life like it was before IBC.
Everytime I look at my sidebar I think of you. The Team Whymommy badge and the ‘You make me Smile’ award that you gave me. That means the world to me coming from you.
So dear friends, pop over to Toddler Planet and join Team WhyMommy and help this amazing woman spread awareness while she fights the fight of her life.

100 posts already? WOW.
You are doing an amazing job with Boo, considering that the government seems to think their new policies are all jazzy and stuff. (more like sticking a bandaid on a boil if you ask me, it looks better, but doesn’t fix the actual problem)
I have to get my arse in gear and join Team Whymommy. I read her blog regularly, but haven’t joined yet.

Can’t find anything Australian that you can link to on the blog, but did find out you can pay $5.55 for pink ribbon wallpaper for your mobile and $3 of it goes to Breast Cancer Research, here is the link
http://www.pinkribbon.org.au/
I thought that was pretty cool. And Pink Ribbon Day is 22 October here in Aus. Had a quick venture over to WhyMommy, will have a better look around tomorrow.
Congratulations on 100 posts too.

I hate that life has to be this way right now for whymommy. Hate it. It seems so unfair.
Cancer sucks, no two ways about it.

Wow, 100 posts! Congrats to you! I’m still working my way there. IBC is terrible, get the word out and let’s fight it with all we’ve got!

100 posts in 2 months? That’s like 12 posts a day!
I was never good with math.

I’m glad I found your blog! I can’t wait for the next 100, then the next 100, then…
You get my drift.

Veronica: I am liking that ‘bandaid on a boil’ analogy. Brilliant.
Priscilla: thanks for that! I know about 22 October, Mum is planning something with her group around here, so I am sure I have something lined up to do
Bettina: Don’t blame God, you weren’t praying hard enough. Now stop with the cooking and cleaning and breathing and all that unnecessary stuff and help me out!! LMAO
Slouching Mom: I know. She is truly awe inspiring. She sounds much happier today though. She went for a walk!!! I am so excited for her.
Joanne: It is a terrifying cancer, but thanks to Why Mommy the information is getting out there and we are all aware of the symptoms. AND we are doing our checks AREN’T WE????
Diesel: Yeah, like, I wasn’t neither.
GHD: Thanks! I think your blog is rather fab too!

Thank you, sweetie. Your words have made such a difference to me.

Hmm still trying for the monday nights, but maybe they got it wrong because you got good sleep sunday night and then good sleep another night during the week. Will try harder for monday nights.
Hugs!

[...] Magnetobold dedicated her 100th post to me. Mommy’s Getaway is talking about the Virtual Walk, which is way cool. Not Just a Working Mom joined Team WhyMommy and wrote about it recently. The World Through the Eyes of Me is walking and writing in support of her mother, fighting recurrent breast cancer. The Life and Times of a First Time Mom hosted a pink playgroup, and let me know about it because she went to get a lump checked out because of (little old) me! [...]
